Study and overlook of business plans of established businesses, doing 5-figures and 6-figures consistently, for a period of at least 6 months.

Establishment of new improved business plans to take into account new core changes in mission and values, as well as new goals to meet.

Optimization and achievement of such marks in about 2 weeks.

In order to do that, it was important to:

conduct meetings with stakeholders (not many as they were still considered small businesses) to access the new requirements and expectations;

access the documentation required to take the new steps;

create user stories to assure each task was completed in a timely manner to assure changes were implemented within the time frame previously set;

review and improve changes obtained to meet the ultimate desired goals.
