Monaco Brentwood is a luxury real estate development that is being built-in North Burnaby located in the Brentwood neighbourhood. A design-driven architectural tower, Monaco provides residents with the ultimate urban lifestyle by combining a location within the flourishing Brentwood neighbourhood and offers high-style residences with access to a world of modern conveniences. The goal is to attract a mature, mid-class and wealthy demographic through a sophisticated, unforgettable visual identity. The designs and colours chosen are inspired by nature and the culture of their community at Brentwood. The creative direction imitates the clean, modern feeling of the residences themselves. The strong green and light touch of gold colour is carried throughout all the brand assets and visual interest is created by adding elements of nature which remind people of the view they are seeing and their surroundings full of trees, forests and mountains.
Monaco Brentwood has a simple logo that is clearly visible on a diverse range of marketing assets. The logo is elegant and classy to bring a luxury feel. The green and yellow are serene and graceful, further emphasizing a natural aesthetic. The colours and the font have a more approachable tone so the brand still feels inviting
The booklet layouts feature minimal text so that the imagery and important information are highlighted. The pictures help to visualize the feeling and the look of the new Monaco Brentwood neighbourhood.
The ads continue the refined design aesthetic of the poster layout, by adding the imagery and the font to capture the interest of viewers in a modern real estate market.
