Revolutionizing Accessibility with Renewsenses

Led the development of an assistive technology solution in collaboration with RenewSenses LTD, designed to help visually impaired individuals navigate public transportation. The project utilized MobileNets v2, computer vision, object detection, OCR, and image data preparation methods to detect arriving buses, recognize bus plates, and identify empty seats. Successfully integrated the solution into a mobile app and tested it through pilots, significantly enhancing the daily independence of visually impaired users.
