Karoonschoon was a new cleaning business that required a professional landing page to establish an online presence and attract potential clients. The goal was to create a visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website that effectively displays the business's services.

I started the project by looking for inspiration from international cleaning businesses, but also competitors. I did a thorough study on what clients want when they open a cleaning business website. After that, the design phase kicked off on Figma.

The design that I created included excellent CTA's for the user to easily be able to contact for a quote, a minimalistic design to keep distraction to unnecessary shapes at a minimum, and most importantly a section to highlight the services that the business offers.

Last but not least, we ensured that the website is mobile responsive as most clients search for cleaning businesses on their phones.

Since this is a static website, there is no need for any backend functionality whatsoever. We used NextJS for the frontend so we can use TailwindCSS to create this beautiful design.

To make it easier and cheaper for our client to host this website, we exported it to HTML and CSS and hosted it on their shared hosting service.

The result is a professional, responsive, minimalistic, and lightweight landing page for Karoonschoon that aligns with the business's goals and showcases the services effectively.
