Rewards data processing rebuild

My team successfully delivered a transformative project that transitioned the client from a batch-processing system with limited user visibility to a cutting-edge, real-time transaction and rewards system. The new solution enabled instant transaction processing, real-time rewards distribution, and detailed reward breakdowns for users, significantly enhancing their experience.

This cross-functional initiative was executed within a SAFe Agile framework, allowing seamless collaboration and iterative delivery. I played a dual role:

As part of the Change Management Team, I conducted impact assessments, developed RACI charts, and maintained up-to-date documentation to support training for impacted teams.

As part of the Implementation Team, I served as a Business Analyst, preparing detailed requirements, reviewing test cases, and creating supporting materials such as diagrams, flowcharts, and integration documentation for developers and testers.

The system’s microservices architecture enabled focused delivery of self-contained functionality per sprint, ensuring incremental progress and high-quality outcomes. This approach successfully met the client’s goals and enhanced their operational capabilities.
