About the Client: πŸ‘₯
LiveFlow is the AI financial operations platform trusted by more than 6,000 businesses across North America and the UK. Founded in 2021 by former Revolut operators Lasse Kalkar and Anita Koimur, the company has grown into the go-to platform for modern finance teams, backed by Y Combinator, Moonfire Ventures, Valar Ventures, and WndrCo, with offices in New York, London, and SΓ£o Paulo. In February 2026, they launched Flow, their biggest release to date: an AI-native ERP and financial operator built for established businesses with complex intercompany activity, spanning construction, real estate, food and beverage, and healthcare. Flow brings accounting and FP&A together in a single platform, with powerful intercompany support and flexible, compliant reporting. the kind of launch that needed a website to match.
LiveFlow came to us in the run-up to the Flow launch with a clear challenge: they needed a web presence that could carry the weight of a category-defining product release. Launching an ERP is already hard. Launching one that promises to replace the legacy systems finance teams have grudgingly used for decades is even harder. They needed a creative and technical partner who could design and develop multiple landing pages, tell the Flow story with real motion and hierarchy, and ship it all in Framer on a launch-tight timeline.
What we used to complete this job: πŸ› οΈ
Framer for a fully custom, performance-optimized build, designed and developed end-to-end with pixel-level control over every detail
Multiple purpose-built landing pages tailored for the Flow launch, including the core Flow product page at liveflow.com/flow and supporting pages designed to convert different segments (multi-entity finance leaders, FP&A teams, and operators in construction, real estate, food and beverage, and healthcare)
Custom Rive animations woven throughout, bringing the Flow story to life with lightweight, responsive, interactive motion that feels closer to real software than a static marketing page
Unique scroll-driven animations pacing each landing page like a product narrative, hero states, intercompany visualizations, accounting-to-FP&A handoffs, and close-cycle transformations all revealing with cinematic timing
A modular section system designed so the LiveFlow team can mix, match, and expand landing pages as Flow rolls out to broader availability throughout 2026
A refined typographic and visual system that positions Flow as a serious enterprise product, without slipping into the dry, stock-photo aesthetic most ERP sites fall into
Thoughtful micro-interactions, hover states, and transitions throughout, the kind of details that signal "this is a product built with care" before a visitor reads a single feature bullet
The results: πŸ†
This project delivered a fast, cinematic, product-first launch experience that:
Gave LiveFlow a launch site worthy of Flow, a category-defining AI-native ERP, not a retrofitted marketing page
Translates complex concepts like multi-entity consolidation, continuous close, and intercompany accounting into motion-driven, easy-to-grasp web experiences
Uses custom Rive and scroll animations to add depth and explanatory power without hurting load time or feeling gimmicky
Supports a multi-page, segment-driven launch strategy with landing pages designed for different personas and verticals
Positions LiveFlow credibly in front of the CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders they're actively winning, at a moment when Flow's broader rollout is still in front of them
This was exactly the kind of project we love at WenLaunch, technically demanding, creatively ambitious, and built for a team launching a product that genuinely matters. The result is a web experience that finally matches the caliber of what LiveFlow is shipping.

An extremely hardworking and communicative designer, Mason was a great partner on our new website project. His design work was excellent, as was his Framer implementation and motion skills. Would absolutely work with him again!
