1. Initial Consultation: We’ll meet via Zoom to discuss your business goals and bookkeeping needs.

2. Access to Your Books: You’ll provide me access to your QBO or Xero account.

3. Initial Review: I will review your books to ensure everything is organized and current.

4. Onboarding: We will proceed with the onboarding phase if everything looks good. I will need a few documents to get started. Once received, monthly bookkeeping will begin. If your books aren’t up to date or organized, a clean-up will be required.

5. Monthly Check-Ins and Reports: Each month, I will categorize and reconcile your transactions, perform a financial analysis, and provide updated financial statements. These reports will give you an accurate overview of your business finances.
