Yepic AI aims to revolutionise video communication across languages with a range of solutions: creation of professional videos with AI avatars and voices; real-time video translation; real-time video chatbots; API, build and scale your own innovative solutions.

The website suffered from a outdated appearance and a poorly organised information architecture, which had detrimental effects on brand perception, user experience, and credibility.

I reorganised the website's structure to effectively showcase the diverse product range. Additionally, I updated the visual design and created modern animations and illustrations that adhere to industry standards, reflecting contemporary design trends.

I led the creation of features such as AI talking photos or voice integration, and new products such as Video Agents, a realtime AI chatbot powered by LLMs, and Studio Express, a lite version of the professional video editor tool (Studio Pro) focused on the animation of avatars created from a picture and as a entry point to the platform.

I also worked on key strategic decisions, such as new sign-up process, allowing users to explore the platform without creating an account, thus increasing conversion rates; the introduction of feature restrictions to encourage plan upgrades; and the management of the tasks to align product, commercial and tech team.

I created animations for website as well as a variety of promotional videos. I also worked closely with the video editor producing the graphics to be animated.

To ensure consistency across all products and social media channels, I took the initiative to centralise the creation of graphic and video assets under my supervision/creation. This approach allowed me to directly oversee or create all the necessary assets, maintaining a cohesive and unified visual identity throughout.I worked on digital assets as well as printing for events, such as flyers and stands.
