Overview 🔎

LLMBardi, a time-sensitive project, crucial for ensuring the flawless execution of the NFL Draft's 3-day event in Green Bay, Wisconsin with an attendance of over 100,000 people in 2025.

Our challenge was to identify and solve complex problems, resulting in 3 personas who found our A.I. tech indispensable during this critical time.

Problem & Solution 🤝

NFL Draft 2025 needed a way to solve the hassle around the 3 day event coming up in Greenbay, Wisconsin in 2025. With over 100,00 people coming to the event, they needed a solution to improve efficiency around the coordination.
We discovered the 3 personas who will experience some constraints during the 3 day event: The City Coordinator, The Operations Lead and The Fan.
Problems of The City Coordinator: • There are multiple rules, restrictions and constraints to implement proposals from different organizations, institutions, vendors and city officials
This makes communicating agreed upon solutions and updates to all relevant parties a hassle and time consuming
Objectives of The City Coordinator: • To have an efficient event scheduling and planning
To obtain real-time event analytics and insights
To reduce constraints between the groups
Problems of The Operations Lead: • There is always unexpected events and challenges in real-time involving multiple parties.
Objectives of The Operations Lead: • To run things smoothly
To solve problems in real-time quickly and efficiently.
Problems of The City Coordinator: • There are multiple rules, restrictions and constraints to implement proposals from different organizations, institutions, vendors and city officials

Problems of The Fan: • Most fans are visitors, so, most of them are unfamiliar with area 
Difficult navigating crowds 
Poor time management
Objectives of The Operations Lead: • Wants autographs
Try out food, drinks and things in Wisconsin
Requires smooth navigations to achieve his objectives

Process 🛣

We created tables of questionnaires and interviews to figure out the personas.
From the questionnaires, we study the personas and understand the User Journey of each of the persona.
From then, we analysed the data to find the solutions to the problem. I designed the product and created a prototype to test how the scenarios would of each personas would be solved with LLMbardi, the A.I concierge.

Results 🎁

This project was presented via a website which I created via Webflow.
With a website, it is a lot more convenient to explore the UI interaction of the tech that I designed.
