This animation was created to clearly explain how United's new bag tag system works, making the check-in and luggage drop process easier for travelers. I focused on clean visuals, smooth transitions, and a modern pace to help simplify what could otherwise be a technical or overlooked experience. The goal was to deliver clarity, confidence, and brand consistency, all within a short, digestible video.
