Client: Emma, Zone of Genius Industry: Business Coach Emma, Zone of Genius, is a business coach for women entrepreneurs, helping them scale and succeed. Her website, while packed with valuable content, wasn’t bringing in the organic traffic needed to expand her business in a saturated coaching market.

Project Goals

Emma’s goal was to drive organic traffic to her new website, Zone of Genius, and rank for targeted keywords that would bring in quality leads for her coaching services. However, as a solopreneur, Emma found it difficult to carve out space in an already competitive niche.

Challenges

Despite creating valuable content, Emma's brand, Zone of Genius, wasn’t ranking for important keywords in a competitive market. Her site was new and lacked authority, and she struggled to identify keywords that would help her stand out from the competition without getting lost in the noise.

Deliverables

Thorough keyword research and competitor analysis: Focused on finding low-competition keywords in a saturated market.
On-page SEO optimization: Optimized key on-page elements for keyword relevance and search intent.

My Approach

Rather than targeting generic high-competition keywords, I focused on finding hidden opportunities—low-competition keywords with high search volume that would enable Emma's site to rank faster. Using a combination of tools like Ahrefs and Google Keyword Planner, I analyzed both the competition and search volume to find the best keywords for her niche.
By optimizing Emma’s site for these keywords, I was able to increase her site’s authority and relevance. Speed optimization was also a key component, as I made sure Emma’s site was not only crawlable but also fast-loading, ensuring Google would reward it with better rankings.

Results:

Achieved first-page ranking for a new, targeted keyword in just under 3 weeks.
Organic traffic skyrocketed, with Emma’s site attracting more targeted visitors and qualified leads.
Increased client inquiries and engagement, as the higher ranking led to more visibility and trust in her services.
