Interactive Shopify Experience for Process
We partnered with Process, a Buenos Aires based streetwear brand co founded by Facu Balve and Fede Cabred, to design and develop a custom Shopify experience that goes beyond a traditional ecommerce store.
Instead of a standard product grid, we built an immersive, narrative driven journey. Users first land in a digital “garage” where access to each drop is gated. To enter, they submit their email and receive a password, turning each release into an exclusive moment.
The full environment was designed using AI driven tools, allowing us to rapidly explore visual directions and craft a highly detailed, cohesive world that would have been difficult to produce through traditional workflows alone.
Inside, users move into a virtual office that reveals the creative process behind the collection. The space is fully interactive, featuring:
Clickable hotspots that link directly to products
A video player showcasing behind the scenes content
A music player to set the tone of the collection
Hidden discount codes embedded in the environment
“Coming soon” elements where users can subscribe for early access
To deepen the experience, the entire scene shifts between daytime and nighttime, dynamically changing the lighting and mood across both the garage and the office. This subtle transition reinforces the idea of an active creative space that evolves over time, making the store feel alive rather than static.
The result is a hybrid between e-commerce and storytelling. A digital space that reflects Process’ identity and background in the music and visual industry, while driving engagement and conversions through exploration and exclusivity.
