The Ops Collective is a women-led people-centered consulting firm supporting social impact organizations to take care of their internal systems.
The Ops Collective is a women-led people-centered consulting firm supporting social impact organizations to take care of their internal systems so they can activate meaningful change externally. We crafted a progressive, lively brand to embody their collaborative approach to create change from within. As an effort to move away from the corporate look, abstract shapes were used to make the brand authentic and approachable. Our collaborator Ardea Creative provided a human-focused touch to their brand voice and website copy.
