TrueWholesale is an online B2B store that provides a convenient way for shop owners and businesses to source their general and stationery inventory. With a wide selection of products available in one place and next day delivery, TrueWholesale aims to make the process of inventory management more efficient and hassle-free. The platform is accessible through smartphones, allowing users to order inventory anytime, anywhere, and freeing up time to focus on customer service. I am currently redesigning TrueWholesale's mobile app and marketing website to improve user experience and engagement.

I started by analyzing their business and talking with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain-points and shared a few opportunities of improvement in their website and app. The goal of the website design was to improve the user experience, reduce friction and guide visitors to take a look at the app or make custom bulk orders and enquiries. They also wanted the website to be simple and easy to manage for admins to manage and make the online browsing experience seamless.
