For this project, I created a foundational online course on biohacking tailored to women in their late 20s and early 30s who are keen on wellness. I developed content focusing on practical and approachable methods to optimize health and performance, covering essential topics like nutrition, sleep optimization, stress management, and energy enhancement. Through concise, informative videos, reflections and interactive materials, I ensured that learners could absorb and apply each concept effectively. I aligned the course with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to meet varied learning preferences, creating a rich, inclusive experience that encourages users to take actionable steps toward their wellness goals.
