The customer is a famous media house and had a scattered assets and this was a pain to know who owns which assets and their status and wanted a streamlined asset management system and process to be implemented. My Role was to a.Come up with a gap analysis for IT Asset management b.Come up with a proper discovery tool c.Implement IT Asset management process and all of its interface processes d.Implement the Tool and educate/train on asset management
