Social Gamification App Design | Social Discovery Flow

The moment you see a friend finish a 5K and earn 120XP, not joining feels like leaving points on the table.

This is a real world social gamification app where every activity is a challenge worth starting, every friend completion is a reason to try, and every rival you challenge makes showing up feel personal. This flow covers the full social engagement loop from activity detail and RSVP all the way through messaging and live friend discovery.

Fitness and social apps live in completely separate worlds. You track your run in one place, message your friends in another, and never actually feel connected to the people doing the same things around you at the same time.

A unified activity and social flow that keeps challenge details, friend messaging, and live activity discovery inside one seamless experience. See what friends are completing, jump into the same challenge instantly, challenge a rival before they get too far ahead, and never lose the social thread that makes showing up feel worth it.

Soft sky blue background, clean dark activity detail card with gradient hero photography, RSVP system with Going Not Going and Maybe states, XP and coin reward badges, rival challenge mechanic, real time social feed with friend activity cards, and a bottom navigation keeping Social, Chat and Map always one tap away.

- Activity detail screen with RSVP, host info, XP rewards and rival challenge

- Direct messaging inbox keeping friend connections inside the app

- Live social feed showing friend completions with instant Try Challenge action

- Friends, Nearby and Trending filters for personalised activity discovery
