Logictics SaaS Design

Logistics is a specialized initiative by Kanar Inc., developed to address logistical challenges in its import and export operations. Kanar Inc. needed a streamlined logistics process to improve efficiency and resolve existing gaps as a major importer, wholesaler, and manufacturer. Logistics aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction through advanced logistics management techniques and technologies.

I focused on transforming logistics with a user-centric SaaS platform. The challenge was to simplify complex logistics processes for shippers and service providers. I conducted extensive user research, developed over 300 custom UI components, and designed screens for onboarding, dashboard, shipment management, quote requests, connections, documents, settings, and support. Additionally, I ensured the platform’s responsiveness with mobile versions and created consistent email templates. The result is a robust, intuitive platform that enhances efficiency and sets a new standard for logistics management software.
