The Project
DIALOG is a publicly listed company in Malaysia with over 2,500 employees in 8 countries. A new website is needed to better present the company's expanded business activities, especially in the sustainability areas.
The Set-up
We made the decision to use Webflow early in the project to minimize the number of resources needed to build the website, save maintenance costs that we are paying our external agency, and reduce turnaround time when there's a need to add or edit content on the website.
As a result, only two designers worked on the website, which has more than 60 pages and over 300 CMS items. The redesign is not just migrating existing content to our newly designed template but also with refreshed content and new materials that were not in the previous website.
It took less than three months to go from design to launch.
The Result
Not only did the website launch on time but we were surprised by the lack of issues overall and early data suggest that we also fixed hundreds of SEO issues by switching to Webflow. We are also glad that Webflow supports a medium-scale website like this and at the same time easily scale should we have good problems with higher traffics.
