Created a detailed change control

Created a detailed change control log to track RFIs, RFCs, and CCOs from initial identification through acknowledgement and final authorization. The log captures project, cost basis, ownership, priority, required dates, aging, estimated cost, actual cost, schedule impact, and CCO relationships. It also demonstrates how multiple acknowledged RFIs and RFCs can be bundled into a single project-specific CCO while maintaining traceability to the supporting changes.
