Timer-triggered Azure Function (every 10 minutes) with incremental, watermark-based sync

Patient matching and dedup (date of birth + name, then phone/email) with safe auto-create

Dual OAuth2 refresh-token flows (booking platform + EHR)

Retry logic, email failure alerts and HTML sync reports
