Tally: SaaS MVP dashboard with auth and billing

Tally is a SaaS MVP dashboard for Ghanaian merchants with sign-in, revenue overview, billing and checkout. Self-initiated build using realistic sample data.

Problem

Small businesses in Ghana take money via MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, cards and bank transfers across branches, but most dashboards assume cards and Stripe, so mobile money ends up in a spreadsheet.

What I built

A clickable front-end MVP for a fictional multi-branch merchant: sign-in, a revenue dashboard (Chart.js charts, 7D to YTD ranges, searchable transactions, CSV export, dark mode), a billing page and a Stripe-style checkout. Front end only with sample data; payments and auth are mocked. Concept/demo build, laid out to port onto Next.js + Supabase + Stripe.

Result

Dark mode is a real theme, not inverted colours. The chart re-renders with its own palette.

Tools

HTML, CSS, vanilla JS, Chart.js.
A clickable MVP that shows the full path from signing in to seeing revenue to upgrading. It's a concept, so I have no usage numbers to report. It does show how I scope an MVP, how I design around real local data, and where the frontend meets auth and billing.
