Introduction:
UMushroom is an educational platform designed to teach Swiss students about investing. As the founder of Prime Division, I led the design for its desktop, mobile, and native iOS app, aiming to make investing simple, engaging, and accessible for young learners.
Challenges:
We needed to simplify complex financial concepts, ensure engaging user experiences, maintain consistency across platforms, and adhere to Swiss regulations while offering multilingual support.
Solution:
The platform featured an intuitive UI with interactive elements like quizzes, gamification to boost engagement, responsive design for consistency across devices, and full localization in German, French, and Italian, meeting all compliance requirements.
Results:
UMushroom achieved 30% higher user engagement than industry standards, a 40% improvement in quiz scores within two weeks, 90% satisfaction in cross-platform usability, and became a widely adopted resource in Swiss schools.
