Functional Board Design for Local Amazon: SNYCU and Gemba Boards

This functional dry erase board design offers associates and managers a clear overview of their day, seamlessly integrating building and team-specific information. With a minimalist approach, it reduces clutter, providing a streamlined platform for quick and easy access to pertinent details. This design ensures associates have the information they need at their fingertips, fostering a focused and organized work environment. This was a collaborative effort between myself and operations insuring that this design is complete usability. Once we decided on a layout and the best frame work for this design, I took care of the visual design phase. I ensured that there was a proper flow from space to space and a calming color pallet to appease the eye. We tested the design a couple of times before sending off for mass production. In total 10 boards were purchased to be placed around the entire site in various departments. This has become a standard design that anyone in the network is able to utilize if necessary.
