Project Goal: This SOP was created to have a more organized system and save time for the owner and the whole team.

My Role: Create a system that every time a new team member is added to the team, training will be simpler and faster, saving time on repetitive tasks.

Results & Highlights: This worked very well, helped the CEO to focus on the most important tasks, create an organization for his business, and free up time that has been used to attract more customers.
