The Challenge

P&P Sport Management is a well-established name in football, but its social channels didn't reflect that. No consistent visual identity, no real strategy — the accounts needed to be brought together and given direction.

Strategy

I rebuilt the visual identity and ran the Instagram strategy and copywriting from there. When the agency decided to launch a podcast, I brought it onto YouTube and set up TikTok and Spotify around it, so the same content could reach people in different ways.

What I did

Rebuilt the visual identity across channels
Ran the Instagram content strategy and copywriting
Launched the podcast on YouTube
Set up TikTok and Spotify as supporting distribution channels

Results

Instagram grew by 12,600 followers in a year. The YouTube channel passed 123,000 views and 340 subscribers in its first months. TikTok launched in December and already has 1.3M video views, Spotify sits at 89 followers.
