The Challenge

A Los Angeles premium essentials brand had zero digital presence. They needed the entire ecommerce machine built from scratch: Shopify store, brand identity, paid advertising, and email marketing.

What I Built

I built the complete digital infrastructure, from the Shopify store to the marketing engine that scaled the brand's revenue.

The Approach

Starting from zero meant every piece had to work together from day one. The Shopify store was built to convert, not just look good. Every product page was structured with clear CTAs, trust signals, and urgency elements.
The marketing stack was layered strategically. Klaviyo captured and nurtured email subscribers from the start. Meta Ads drove top-of-funnel awareness while Google Ads captured high-intent search traffic. Each channel fed into the others, creating a compounding growth loop.
The brand identity was developed specifically for digital, ensuring consistency across the store, ads, emails, and social presence.

Results

The brand scaled to $2M+ per month in revenue, going from zero digital presence to a fully operational ecommerce business with a complete marketing engine.
