SOP Creation using Loom Videos

These are screenshots of some of the SOP's I've created for a client which link to Loom videos where I walk through all the automations and systems we had in the business.

This has helped onboarding new tech VA's a piece of cake. We didn't need to spend hours and hours walking them through everything over Zoom. They simply watched these SOP Looms in order to understand and implement our quarterly setups and cleanups.
