Jervis Systems is an access management solution. Property owners and managers can automate property door code PINS for their short-term rentals.
The company has grown to partner with several property management systems (PMS) and channel managers. Each integration requires a user guide to help walk customers through the process of connecting their platform of choice to Jervis Systems.
I create the Jervis Systems' user guides for all company integrations, which have included OwnerRez, Lodgify, iGMS, Hostaway, Beds24, and Guesty. I provide a full step-by-step breakdown. Each step is carefully detailed and accompanied by screenshots to illustrate the process visually.
