Two different experiences for customers

During my work at Atlassian as a Content Designer I worked on a project where there some customers are still on the previous version of the product whilst others are on the new version. This complicates the situation for customers on both sides. Like when they’re using the product or seeking help and advice.
So to solve this complication I created a whole design system within the support pages of Atlassian.
Named the two experiences ( Original and Centralized).
Created a table design which shows and explain to the customer the type of experience they have depending on their interface.
Created links to each respective experience which guides users to the correct place on the support doc.
