DataSlice — CapCut Superhero Concept

DataSlice is a superhero character concept created for the CapCut DesignStudio Challenge. She's CapCut personified — a brand persona brought to life through character design, motion visuals, and real engineering logic.

DataSlice carries a lipstick container powered by a miniature hydrogen fuel cell. When she applies the lipstick, it instantly activates her superpowers. The fuel cell design is based on real engineering work from the Starship Nickalas project, scaled down to a handheld form factor.

This project explores what CapCut would look like, sound like, and feel like if it were a person. DataSlice embodies CapCut's creative energy — fast, powerful, and transformative. The hydrogen fuel cell represents the engine behind the creativity: compact, efficient, and explosive when activated.
