Designed and engineered the hydrogen fuel cell that powers the Starship Nickalas, a low Earth orbiting craft. The fuel cell operates at 84% efficiency and maintains all onboard systems during flight.
A key differentiator: the fuel cell has AI logic installed, enabling intelligent power management and adaptive system optimization during mission operations.
The cell was modeled in Rhino with Python scripting for parametric design and simulation. Gemini and Grok provided AI-assisted design iteration, and Autodesk handled rendering and structural validation.
Sole creator, lead engineer, and designer. Built from first principles through to completed 3D model and simulation.
