Liiam is an AI-powered, voice-first
Samir Salibi
Liiam is an AI-powered, voice-first administrative copilot designed specifically for French building trades and craftspeople (artisans du bâtiment). It allows contractors to handle quoting, invoicing, and client follow-ups entirely by voice while on job sites or on the move.
What Liiam Does
Voice-First Quoting & Invoicing
- Artisans describe a job out loud (materials, labor, dimensions, prices).
- Liiam structures the input into professional quotes (devis), progress billings, deposit invoices (acomptes), and credit notes (avoirs).
- Works in multiple spoken languages and regional dialects (French, Arabic dialects, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.), while outputting compliant French business documents.
Full Electronic Invoicing Compliance (Factur-X & Chorus Pro)
- Generates compliant hybrid PDF/A-3 documents with embedded CII XML (Factur-X / EN 16931).
- Features built-in preflight checks for public contracts (Chorus Pro) and upcoming French electronic invoicing mandates (SIRET, order numbers, payment deadlines, VAT regimes).
Client & Directory Management
- Auto-fills company details, SIRET, and registered addresses via French business registry lookup (Pappers API).
- Quick client communications: one-click follow-ups via WhatsApp, SMS, or direct email with attached PDFs and custom messages.
Cash Flow & Payment Tracking
- Real-time receivables dashboard (reste à encaisser), overdue alerts, and recorded payments.
- Fast conversion from an accepted quote into deposit or final invoices.
Built for Job-Site Mobility
- Progressive Web App (PWA) with full offline support (drafts and actions queue automatically sync upon reconnection).
- Biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint) for instant, secure access.
- Clean, high-contrast interface
