I used to rely on several apps to track my activities, mood, and energy levels throughout the day. However, each of these apps had issues, such as poor user experience, unattractive design, and expensive subscriptions. Ultimately, I created a dashboard in Notion.
My dashboard includes morning and evening energy levels, the time I woke up, and when to sleep. It also tracks my activities, such as reading, drawing, taking medication, designing, and engaging in physical activities. While it's functional, the mobile app for Notion is not very user-friendly.
The solution
After researching user feedback on various apps, I concluded that creating something for myself could also benefit others. Additionally, I spoke with psychotherapists about developing an app to help people track their emotions and negative thoughts based on best therapy practices.
I created extensive product documentation for Gemini 2.5 Pro. It included the information architecture, MVP features, and next steps.
Then, in Bolt, I iterated on the prototype. Below is a v1 of the Bolt prototype.
