Overview
Belgrade Ombudsman (Protector of Citizens) is an independent and autonomous state body authorized to protect and control the respect of citizen rights and control the work of the Belgrade City Administration and public services funded by the City of Belgrade. The first Ombudsman in Belgrade, as well as Serbia, started working on September 14, 2006.

Problem
Belgrade Ombudsman didn’t have their own website that could clearly inform citizens of everything they wanted to know regarding their rights, and that could let them formally complain if some of those rights were violated. They also needed a way to clearly brand their identity to the city of Belgrade through a new logo as well as media on the website.
Solution
The website needed to be minimal in design and toned down regarding colors, to show a clear focus on important text and information that is complemented with selective use of the main brand color. The focus would be on the main call to action buttons for filing a formal complaint and on clearly explaining what the ombudsman does and how he can legally help.
