Standardizing Project Management with Asana Templates

The client needed to move multiple projects into Asana but had no standard way of working. Each project was set up differently, making it hard to track progress or hand off work.

I created standardized Asana templates for each project type, complete with milestones, dependencies, and built-in documentation. Custom fields added tracking power without making the workflow overwhelming.

Starting with well-structured templates meant every future project would follow the same efficient process. I added automation rules to reduce manual updates, keep tasks moving, and ensure the right work reached the right people.
