Objective

Approach
Paige started by reviewing the client's email marketing platform, Flodesk. She then compiled metrics and compared average open, click, and unsubscribe rates against industry numbers. Then, Paige identified the client's top-performing and lowest-performing campaigns to study the audience. Additionally, she analyzed her client's social and web presence to develop email campaign ideas. Finally, Paige provided Carrie Anne with a list of recommendations and takeaways to implement.
Results
Carrie Anne implemented Paige's recommendations and experienced an increase in open and click rates. With content ideas readily available, Carrie Anne was able to quickly create email campaigns, saving her time and money.
