After conducting a data analysis on the welcome email, Paige and her client discovered that the email was not converting customers at a desired rate. As the part-time email marketing consultant, Paige was tasked with optimizing the email to increase conversions and revenue. She first revisited the customer's ordering process and added step-by-step directions to the email about how to place an order. Next, she determined top selling products to guide customers through their purchase decision. Finally, she worked with in-house copywriters and designers to update the email and reflect the brand's values. As a result, the email generated a 1.5x increase in conversion rate and 3x increase in revenue.

Paige came on as a part-time freelancer for noissue. She was more like an extension of our marketing team, and took the time to understand our brand, products, and how we work. Paige slotted into our workflows, confidently briefing in design and helping keep our email flows active, iterative, and applied best practice to our subscriber lists.
