Problem: Otter.ai (http://Otter.ai) was blocking

Problem: Otter.ai was blocking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI from reading their pages and their visibility score was 18 out of 100 so despite having a solid product nobody in AI search knew it existed.

How I solved it: I audited the site, found where the content broke down, and rewrote two of their busiest pages with a direct answer at the top, real numbers next to every claim, and clear author signals so AI tools can finally read it, understand it, and cite it.
