Implementation of a HMIS for a major hospital

The client, a major teaching hospital in South Eastern Nigeria, wanted an application that could automate their payment processes and eliminate revenue leakages and wait times for their clients
My team, Parkway Projects implemented the HMIS application which also integrated to core banking applications, making for a seamless and efficient payment process.
As a result of this project, our client witnessed a > 100% jump in revenue collections and a significant drop in patient waiting times.
