Our client, a solar energy sales company, had a dedicated sales team of 20 professionals who were struggling with inefficient client management and fragmented communication processes. They needed a robust CRM solution to streamline their operations, improve client engagement, and enhance team productivity.

Solution Implementation

1. Pipelines

We began by mapping out the key steps in the client’s marketing, sales, and fulfillment workflows. The CRM was designed to encompass every stage of the customer journey, from initial lead nurturing to post-sale support. We built detailed pipelines to:
