Prior to the new CRM, the team used Google Sheets to track their clients, which led to disorganization and inefficiencies. We successfully migrated their existing client data into the new CRM and integrated it into the appropriate pipelines. Additionally, we set up automation to ensure that all new leads from online forms, Google My Business messages, social media, emails, calls, and SMS were automatically added to the CRM, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring no lead was missed.
