LiftLink: Enhance the Luxury Evolution.

Adem Awol

Fixed valet handoffs so people stop playing “Guess Who Dented My Car?” every weekend.

Built a real-time tracking system for car pickups and drop-offs so customers and dealerships can finally stop arguing over invisible scratches.

What started as a simple "how’s life?” call quickly turned into a wholesome catch-up with my cousin. Despite the bad signal and vague life updates, the conversation took a sharp turn when Amar, a developer bursting with ideas, pitched a valet pickup/drop-off app. Underslept and clearly not asking enough questions, I found myself saying, "Sure! How hard could it be?"

Here’s the twist:

Manual valet systems are a logistical horror film. Cars disappearing into the void. Valets winging it with clipboards and WhatsApp from 2015. Weekly “Who scratched my car?” courtroom reenactments. Dealerships drowning in passive-aggressive voicemails.

Cue MVP (Minimal Viable Panic):

Armed with user pain, caffeine, and a sense of vengeance against vague handoffs, we built two key systems that made dealerships go, “Wait… this is legal?”
Damage Recognition AI: Logs car condition instantly at pickup/drop-off. With real-time image analysis so you don’t get blamed for someone else’s bad parking job.

Interactive Damage Mapping: Users can literally draw on a digital blueprint to flag scratches, dents, or mysterious bumper bruises.

Two weeks of chaos later, LiftLink was born — real-time car tracking, AI-powered damage recognition, and interactive dent mapping. Translation: no more “That scratch was already there” debates. Customers chilled. Dealerships stopped looking like they wanted to set the valet desk on fire.
So what made LiftLink different?
Pizza-delivery-style tracking → but for your car.
AI damage logs → like Google Docs track changes, but for bumpers.
Interactive damage blueprints → because finger-pointing isn’t scalable.

Then came the plot twist:

LiftLink was ready… but our budget wasn’t. Sponsors ghosted. We were one sprint away from ramen-fueled existential dread when a surprise investor showed up. Pivot time. LiftLink evolved into Trackon — now moving dealership, rental, and fleet vehicles fast, safe, and drama-free.

What I learned?

Manual = mayhem. AI isn’t magic unless it solves pain. Early user feedback > late-night therapy. And constraints breed the best ideas (and the worst diets).

TL;DR:

Built a valet tracking platform to stop dealerships from gaslighting customers about dents. Pitched, pivoted, survived. Your car? Exactly where we said it’d be. Miraculous, I know.
