Convert Existing Gutenberg Website to Elementor

Project Overview: I was approached by a client in the legal industry who needed help converting their existing website from Gutenberg to Elementor. The client expressed concerns about the current setup, stating that their site was built using Gutenberg without a proper theme. They were looking for a more user-friendly and easily updatable solution with Elementor.

My Approach: After assessing the client’s website and understanding their requirements, I began the conversion process by installing and configuring Elementor Pro. I used Advanced Custom Fields to maintain the site’s custom functionality and WP Super Cache for performance optimization. Yoast SEO was configured to ensure the site remained search engine friendly during the transition. UpdraftPlus was set up for regular backups to secure all data throughout the project.

Outcome: The result is a fully functional and responsive WordPress website built with Elementor. The new design is user-friendly, easy to update, and perfectly meets the client’s needs. The client was highly satisfied with the transformation, which improved the overall usability and management of their site.
