I explored a redesign concept for the MobileJKN app (BPJS Kesehatan), focusing on faster access to urgent features like the Online Queue.

The idea came when my mom—down with a fever and headache—struggled to navigate the app just to queue for care. That sparked me to rethink how we prioritize features for real patients in need.

In my version, I raised the Online Queue to the top of the hierarchy, made it more visible, and reworked the visual layout, icons, and states for better accessibility and clarity. All crafted by me—design, icons, flows.
