I started my journey in Logyt as a Product Owner, leading BI development projects, and leading internal trainings and improvements in UX/UI. I also trained the Functional Analysts Team in good practices on customer relations, product discoveries with users and requirements definition, accompanying them through de implementations.

In the last year, I assumed the role of Scrum Master/Agile Coach of 4 development teams, implementing adaptive planning processes with OKRs, facilitating product discovery dynamics and designing the conversations that enable the incorporation of the client’s voice, the business profitability and diversity of points of view into the product.

Once I started working at TheXPlace I continued as an external consultant to help identify new products and define the business strategy and helped define the teams approaches to go towards it as an horizontal organization.
