On this particular project my main focus is to enhance our user experience and propose viable solutions based on research, creating different business cases scenarios. To accomplish that I work side by side with the tech team towards the product goals and align the priorities. All this based on a regular communication cross-teams to ensure the best execution from inception to market delivery.
