In today's highly competitive market, businesses are constantly striving to improve their products and services to meet customer expectations. However, the lack of an efficient feedback system often hinders the ability of these businesses to understand the needs and preferences of their target audience accurately.

Traditional survey methods are time-consuming, limited in scope, and may not deliver actionable insights. There is a pressing need for a reliable, automated, and data-driven feedback tool to bridge this gap.

After collecting all the users interview data, I started to design the information architecture. For a complex system like this with multiple functionalities, it is important to create an end to end Information Architecture that will simplify how users can perform any task with ease, without experiencing friction.

With low-fidelity paper wireframes, I tested the planned layout and the general structure of Feedback Lab in usability tests. Without much effort, I could make adjustments before going into the much more costly digital implementation.
