I started by stepping into the shoes of the target audience. Who are they? What are their pain points? How can we make their journey on the site as seamless as possible? This user-centric approach led me to focus on a clean, intuitive user interface (UI). We eliminated clutter, streamlined navigation, and created a visual hierarchy that guides the user's eye to the most important information. The goal was to make it effortless for a potential client to find what they're looking for, whether it's information about services, case studies, or contact details.
