Institutional site for a nonprofit housing developer

A demo built for a specific brief. Not client work: the material shown is sample data, so what is on display is the mechanism.

I built a four-page institutional site for a nonprofit housing developer - Home, About and Development Focus, Partnerships and Opportunities, Contact - written for developers, lenders, CDFIs, public agencies and property owners rather than as a charity template, with a records-driven projects table (3 pipeline entries), a contact form, and description, canonical and Open Graph tags on every page. Accessibility is asserted at build time: after generating the pages the build parses them back and checks 10 invariants per page (language, one h1, no skipped heading levels, alt text, labeled controls, discernible link text, landmarks, skip link first, share metadata); a failure exits non-zero and writes nothing, and the checker proves itself first by catching all 16 violations in a deliberately broken page.
