About
Depict Gallery is a Los Angeles based art gallery that prides itself on representing the underrepresented — effectively providing artists a safe and inclusive space to showcase their work. In addition to the usual website design, this project also includes brand design that leans on shades of gray and blue as its backdrop. These colors, along with the font pairings, are simple enough to allow featured work to shine while also inciting a bit of excitement around the brand's identity.
The resulting digital space is subtle and contemplative designed to make the featured artwork stand out. Depict Gallery offers its resident and visiting artists an opportunity to tell their story in their own artist profiles and sell their work to the adoring viewer.
This conceptual project was completed in 2020 as personal project.
